System · Steel scaffolding

Modular steel scaffolding for façade, loading and support.

Ringlock, cuplock, H-frame and tube-and-fitting components engineered for façade access, loading bays, stair towers and heavy support scaffolds.

Overview

Steel scaffolding forms the backbone of most façade access, loading, temporary support and industrial-maintenance solutions. Ringlock is the primary system for repetitive, quickly-erected access; cuplock, H-frame and tube-and-fitting cover legacy and heavy applications.

Schach supplies galvanised components with published codes and dimensional data, plus design support for non-standard bays, loading bays, cantilever brackets and stair-access towers.

Key benefits
  • 01

    Rapid erection

Ringlock rosette geometry allows up to eight connections per node with a single hammer strike.

  • 02

    System interoperability

Standardised bay sizes and heights simplify inventory management and reuse across projects.

  • 03

    Heavy load capacity

Support and loading configurations engineered against project-specific loading and stability requirements.

  • 04

    Traceable components

Galvanised steel components with published codes, dimensional data and controlled inspection.

Design & engineering support

What to send us.

To scope the system accurately, our engineers work from the following information:

  • Elevation drawings and building geometry
  • Applied loads (working, storage, wind, imposed)
  • Tie points and fixing capacity
  • Access & egress requirements
  • Sequence of erection / dismantle
  • Duration and inspection regime
Safety & compliance

HSE guidance states that system scaffolds should follow recognised configurations or manufacturer instructions; otherwise bespoke calculations by a competent person are required. Non-standard bays, loading bays, cantilevers and support scaffolds are engineered per project.

All components are supplied with material specification, dimensional data and galvanising details. Applicable standards are stated on the technical proposal.

Typical applications
  • Façade access
  • Loading bays
  • Stair towers
  • Support scaffolds
  • Industrial maintenance
  • Cantilever & bespoke bays
